This site is a place for myself and others to write up some results and observations discovered while tinkering with all kinds of software, programming languages, frameworks, and projects. Minimally, it is a place for me to keep knowledge as I pick up and put down new projects. Hopefully, it will be useful for others, as well.
About the Blogger
Robert Martin “Marty” McGuire is a research programmer for the RADAR project at Carnegie Mellon in Pittsburgh, PA. He is currently finishing up a Master’s of Science in Information Technology, specializing in Very Large Information Systems (that’s MSIT-VLIS). For his masters project, he is the software architect and a primary developer for the StepGreen project with Jennifer Mankoff. On the side, he is the original creator of Camura, a mobile-social-photo-sharing site for which he wishes he had more time to write code.
